Is there a free version of Video Journal Daily?

Yes! On mobile there is both a free and Pro version. Free users have their journals stored locally on their device, which means if the device is lost or the app is uninstalled all data will be lost. Pro users can back up their journals to the cloud and access them from multiple devices. The web app is only available to Pro users.

How do I become a Pro member?

You can become a Pro member through our mobile apps or on our website.

What happens if I cancel my Pro membership?

We give you a 30-day grace period to save your journals to your mobile device after your membership expires. Saving your journals from the cloud to your device must be done on the mobile app.

Will I lose my journals if I cancel?

No — you have a 30-day grace period after your Pro membership expires to download your cloud-backed journals to your mobile device. After that, cloud data is permanently removed, but any journals already saved to your device remain yours. Downloading must be done through the mobile app.
